All orders, including special orders, are invoiced upon transaction completion (see “Transaction completed” section above). All delivery dates provided are approximate and in no way constitute a promise of delivery upon said dates. No discount, return, or any other form of compensation will be provided to any client for late deliveries or for deliveries on a date other than the one estimated at the time of order. Special orders may not be returned or cancelled under any circumstances.
